Kawalki piersi z kurczaka w pysznym (i zdrowym ;)) sosie pomidorowo-paprykowym. Sos jest tak aromatyczny, ze mozna smialo polecic go nawet bez miesa, np. do makaronu lub ryzu.

Spanish chicken pasta

Chicken breast pieces in a delicious (and healthy ;)) tomato-bell pepper sauce. The sauce is so aromatic that it can be used even without meat, sorry meat lovers! Best served with rice or pasta.

Skladniki:

– 300g piersi z kurczaka (lub indyka) pokrojonych w paski,

– oliwa z oliwek,

– makaron,

– 3 czerwone papryki, ugrillowane (ewentualnie z piekarnika)

– 2 puszki pomidorow

– 1 duza cebula

– 1 marchewka

– natka pietruszki

– kolendra

– sol i pieprz

Kurczaka podsmazyc na niewielkiej ilosci oliwy z oliwek. Warzywa i polowe ziol zblendowac, tak zeby w sosie byly jeszcze kawalki, dodac do kurczaka, podgrzewac 10-15 minut. Posypac posiekana pietruszka i kolendra. Smacznego!

Ingredients:

– 300g chicken (or turkey) breast cut in stripes

– olive oil,

– some pasta,

– 3 red bell peppers, grilled on a barbecue (or in the oven)

– 2x canned tomatoes

– 1 large onion

– 1 carrot

– parsley

– coriander

– salt & pepper

Fry the chicken on a small amount of olive oil. Blend the vegetables and half of the herbs together, keeping the chunky consistency, add to the chicken, heat for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with some parsley and coriander. Enjoy!
